As the film opens, we are thrown into a chaotic and nightmarish world. The plot, as experienced by the viewer, unfolds in reverse. It begins with two men, Marcus (Vincent Cassel) and Pierre (Albert Dupontel), frantically searching a brutal gay S&M club called "The Rectum" for a pimp known as "Le Tenia" (Jo Prestia). In a fit of rage, Pierre kills a man he believes to be their target by smashing his face in with a fire extinguisher.
