Start by locating the engine block on your garage floor. Turn it over, slide in the crankshaft, and secure the three main bearing caps using a 9 mm spanner . Flip the block upright, drop in pistons 1 through 4, and secure the connecting rod bolts underneath using a 7 mm spanner .

Cosmetic priorities

: Bolt the heavy flywheel to the back of the crankshaft using a 7mm spanner . Assemble the clutch disc and pressure plate together, place them onto the flywheel, and secure them with a 6mm spanner .
