Indigenous Two-Spirit people navigate both colonial gender categories and tribal sovereignty. Disabled trans people encounter compounded barriers in accessing both disability services and transition-related care. An inclusive LGBTQ culture must recognize that trans liberation is inextricably linked to racial and economic justice.
